Azadean experience, a potential to become the best company

Cons
I will share an incident that will always leave a market and bad image for Azadea, without going into critical details: Many store managers and assistants are either corrupted by their "achieved" position or close to become corrupted. Many store managers think their position puts them above a law student, a marketing student, a masters student who couldn't find a job yet in his field. Some store managers are so corrupt that HR do not enforce company policies on them. It had to be done by the internal Audit and an executive. HR would come and ask the employees if they have an issue with that manager, while the manager is right next to them. HR needs to act less and do more.
