Tremendous growth opportunity, professional development/education is heavily supported and encourage, above average pay, above average benefits, large company but still listens to employees even at the lowest levels.

Cons

Working from home isn't exactly what I signed up for when I was hired just before the pandemic. However it's a smart decision with respect to the health and safety of our staff and customers. So not really a con about the company or role.

Great culture, easy-going work environment. Great work/life balance combines for working with really nice people.

Cons

Lack of promotion potential. A really, really bad severance plan. Utility mindset has/is overtaken structure and process of an unregulated business leading to a significant slowdown in desire.
