Great pay for industry, great benefits, has so much potential!! Great people, great company, has positive aspects in sight...
Cons
but those positive aspects never come, talk about great schedules that could happen if things get done... only problem things can’t get done without a full crew being provided... so the great schedule that would help with work life balance never comes. Low site moral. Never full crew. Revolving door of workers. Low work life balance. On call schedule is ridiculous since workers don’t show up or positions that are open don’t get filled. Heavy work loads on the few that stick around.
