      Pros

      the arrow is pointing up. Applus RTD has been growing and improving in the east. it's east to see lots of room for employee growth in the future.

      Cons

      The benefits offered are middle of the road for their cost. They could be better but they could definitely be worse.

      Flexible hours and time, great for training and field techniques. Friendly helpful atmosphere. Provides company vehicle transportation to sites. Great benefits for vacation and health.

      Cons

      Lack of communication in managerial project scheduling. Could post future projects/ proposals onto shared calander. hard to acquire software liscensing.
