      Pros

      -My direct supervisor was incredible. -I was able to manage multiple projects at a time with full trust from supervisor without any micromanagement.

      Cons

      -Pay was subpar. -People were being laid off, forced to quit but the company kept hiring new "assistants" at half the pay. -Communication lacked greatly from upper management to field management/technicians. -Proper company training was non-existent. -Lack of organization in upper management/overall business strategy.

      You can make a lot of money, fast. If you are competent, they will keep you working. Their equipment is nice

      Cons

      The office is horrible at communicating They change the plan every 5 seconds They're not sympathetic to any employee needs

      Pros

      A select few techs are great to work with, and knowledgeable. There were very few I trusted to teach me correctly. Option for overtime if you want it.

      Cons

      Applus is reactive and not proactive. Management is rediculous, and not hands on. The talking behind each others back by adult men, is a cinstant issue.. The drama, constant rumors, and "cliques" make it feel like high school. The amount of "firings" and not much feedback has everyone on edge and worried about their jobs. The pay was rediculous, and it took 6 guys quitting, before coporate finally decided to give everyone raises. Getting answers about literally anything from raises, to upcoming training, and ordering equipment is like pulling teeth and gets nowhere. Word on the street is its only getting worse. I am 100% happy that I left, and the drama, egos, and unstable conditions are behind me.
