Cons

Expect alot from employees for minimum wage salary. You have to deal with difficult customers on a daily basis.

Pros

Large company with almost infinite assets, the opportunity to grow is there as long as you can maintain a positive attitude. Being flexible to travel or willing to do undesirable jobs will go a long way and help you move up quickly.

Cons

Middle management micro manages things they have little to no understanding of. This causes frustration / miscommunication down the entire pecking order.
