Pros

Well positioned in industry, good cross sell opportunities but must make sure efforts receive revenue credit. Firm is spending on effective training.. Need to form virtual partnerships with the right colleagues.

Cons

The only way to succeed in a broker driven culture is to attach your name to revenue. Some colleagues are not to be trusted (so what else is new)

Opportunity to work virtually, opportunity to learn different skills, opportunity to work with various groups and departments.

Cons

Difficult to be recognized or promoted on the larger teams. Unfairness in management. Constant change of basic operational structure and plans
