      Pros

      excellent culture and oppurtuinity to learn. people are really good to work with and information sharing is a key part of Analogs culture

      Cons

      pay could be better. i've heard that the compensation package that they offer in Ireland is slightly lower than competitors but I've no real way to justify this as I dont know what the competition pays

      * Excellent Analog design skills, infrastructure and know-how * Highly skilled engineers drawn from excellent colleges close by * Good customer loyalty from a broad range of industries

      Cons

      * Ineffectual and aging leadership and senior management team * Squandered away early forays into digital design and vertically integrated solutions * Extremely bad pay practices for software developers

      - Strong senior management. - Laid back work place. - Great place for work and life balance. - Enjoy the people you get to work with.

      Cons

      Strong senior management, but very weak mid-level management. Too much hierarchy, with technical engineers having no managerial experience. No career progression for employees.
