      Pros

      Travel opportunities. Best colleagues/ peers you can have. Well maintained building and facilities.

      Cons

      Some managers don't know what are they doing since they were promoted just because they were good individial contributors before but do not know how to motivate or remove road blocks to their people. Tight on budget for essential things and simple people recogniton for them to keep the loot themselves. Senior management are masters of political plays and their integrity is very much questionable especially after company aquisitions. Very stressful for those who are still employed. Don't rely on HR as well.

      Pros

      Great People, though many of the best are leaving and many really high value people get laid off to make numbers after acquisitions. Good work life balance

      Cons

      Culture only exists in bubbles of great people -- poor transparency. Poor integrity in HR matters and communication. Antiquated views on remote work. Most of the employees I know have very little trust in senior management and the company's commitment to their future. The culture was strong a decade ago, but with each acquisition and layoff the company seems to lose a bit of its soul.

      Pros

      The company I worked for was purchased by ADI. They completely ruined everything that made us successful. Employees get worked to the bone and get paid a lot less then we did before we were purchased. RUN from the company.

      Cons

      Bad decision making. They only care about the top 100 customers.
