Pros

401k is unbelievable! The company gives you 5% of eligible wages with no employee contribution. You then can receive an additional 3% if you continue 4% on your own. Did I mention this is uncapped!? Also, they have really great fertility coverage. This was a big reason why I chose this company as I had multiple offers - the other companies didn’t even compare. They were offering $25k lifetime which is pretty much 1 treatment cycle for IVF. There is no maximum at Analog, depending on the plan you will have deductibles and out of pocket maxes. This definitely has eliminated a financial stress from my family, in an already stressful situation.

Cons

No vision coverage, and maternity/parental leave policy needs some work.

Thanks for the positive feedback. We are continuously looking at ways to best support our employees through all of their life stages. While our benefits vary by country, you will be happy to know that we've added Vision coverage, and we have enhanced our parental leave.

Pros

Before the new CEO ADI was a typical big technology company with good products and good benefits.

Cons

The new CEO is a Salesman with big, bad plans to change it all around. He borrowed a ton of money to buy Linear Technology and several others and is going to consolidate all the eastern Mass offices into the Wilmington site. The only way to get there is already overloaded Rt 93. He's going to sell the entire LTC campus in Milpitas, CA and move the survivors with other area ADI people into new rented space. Spending money and displacing existing, well oiled people and infrastructure seems to be his game.
