Pros

They say you are apart of a team and say you have options when it comes to having an open door policy with management.

Cons

They have no true training. You get thrown in with other people in the department. They do not have a real training department. It’s truly a sink or swim situation. You have to pay you get given the right information or direction from the peers around you. Additionally, the the communication groups they have for assistance can have you waiting for several minutes to sometimes hours waiting for a response for assistance.

Pros

Flexible, great benefits and career advancement is highly encouraged. Once you get used to the fast pace culture you learn to love it

Cons

Stressful due to workload and SLAs in place, although this depends on the department you are in. Culture is on the progressive side
