Pros

Good equipment Location of the office Was good remote work, but not anymore.

Cons

Unfair annual evaluation. Is more important to drink coffee with someone, not really to have results. Promotions are totally unfair and political. Working pressure and passive aggressive behavior all over. Return to office policy is a mess and has nothing to do with individuals, much more when they are working globally. Unfair changes of the job code just to limit annual compensation increase if you were performant. Everything become very bureaucratic and no sense. Too many US rules who don't apply to Europe.
