Pros

Good pay and benefits, the engineers within the team are all great. The ones who stay that is. Shift patterns are good. Good team morale.

Cons

Staff turn around is ridiculous throughout all levels in the department, you never have a full team. Mandatory overtime all the time to cover these gaps. Constant expectations for you to want to rise the ranks, treated poorly if you don't want to, impossible to actually rise up if you do. Management are bullies, and speak poorly to people, throwing bins over in the workshop to make their point. One rule for one and one rule for others, if you're part of the in crowd you do great but sucks if you aren't.
