Pros

- Lots of growth opportunities if you are willing to seize them - Does not require a degree to move up - Benefits are amazing - Locations everywhere

Cons

- Hours can be long during peak - As you move up, your hand will not be held and you must grasp your opportunities yourself. (I consider this a pro but most do not)
