      project managment, functional support, technical knowledge: good balance. A lot of customer interaction. Autonomy in the management of workload. Good position to start with.

      Cons

      Stress, entry point for customer complaints, huge variations of workload depending on the phase of the project, depending in the different customers.

      Pay scale is above market average.

      Cons

      Management has no idea waht happens inside projects, They are only concerned when any thing goes worng, then when you fix it. There is recognition. But, if everythingis going fine, forget getting any revognition.
