      Contracting group, little to no direction or management

      Pros

      Standard working hours, and decent pay for the work that is almost non-existant.

      Cons

      Brought in to perform Computer Security but was then moved to another group as soon as my signature was on the employment documentation. Found out after I was brought on board with the group that the contract expired in a month.

      Pros

      A small company located on the industrial side of Temecula. It is very easy to get to know the team that you work with/for at the company. Location is ideal for commuters.

      Cons

      Blatant violations by specific people in Management to keep unqualified personnel on payroll for personal reasons. HR is unresponsive and does not advocate for the employees, but instead ensures that Management has freedom to act as it will for 'the greater good of the company'. (Sales and productivity.)
