Absolutely none. Glassdoor says I need 5 words, I can't come up with one positive adjective

Cons

I worked as a recruiter for a few recruitment agencies but Adecco has to be the most unprofessional of them all. Some of the incidents I witnessed could easily end up in convictions. There is utter chaos in the structure and absolutely no professionalism. I worked with not more than 10 people during that time and I saw police interventions, racial abuse and the lowest form of human behaviour. I don't even know how this company is still allowed to operate legally and how they get away with what the recruiters do to people.

Pros

Your day will go by very quickly and you may actually enjoy the work. There are some great opportunities for growth, and the people on your team will become very close. My experience would have been better if I didn't have the same manager.

Cons

Management can depress morale in about five minutes. I would still be working there if I had a different manager, and honestly, could have been switched to a different team, but was so fed up with the way I was treated that I wanted nothing more to do with the company.

Steady Work, ability to work overtime. Plenty of options for places to work. Nice place to work

Cons

Very poor benefits. Good luck getting a paid holiday. Health insurance is for preventative only and is not worth taking,
