pros - good colleagues, nice working environment, not so strict on timings

Cons

there is a specific manager in this organisation who doesn't value its team and treats them like puppets I have no idea how he became a manager of this organisation no leadership value no team building nothing everything depends on this managers mood and thats the way how he will treat his team for the rest of the day. Very dissapointing to see such kind of managers in an organisation which js ranked under fortune 500

The role they placed me in as a great role. Love the company I’m working for. No complaints on that aspect.

Cons

•Lied about how long my contract is for. •Deceptive about holiday accrual/amounts. Advised 28 days, but only works out at 23 days fully paid as you lose a bit of time each day you take!

Pros

Work flexibility and the experience of running your own franchise business basically. However, your not paid like a franchise owner and do the work of 5 people but only receive the salary of 1.

Cons

No transparency on bonus or commission structure, unclear/no career path if you start as a branch manager often suggest moving lateral to other lower paying roles in hopes of moving up, noncompete for other agencies and your intellectual property making it difficult to find another role, poor upper level management completely disconnected from the day to day operations of the business. Apathetic work environment.
