Pros

I look back fondly of my time at AXA UK. They love and breathe employee engagement but they don't know it. I felt valued and was provided with an amazing career.

Cons

As AXA is a huge global company it suffers from red tape and politics. Navigating this provided me with influencing skills and the capabilities needed to navigate a complex company.

Great flexible working but constant restructuring

Pros

Flexible working us great if you sit within the right team and have a good manager.

Cons

Constant change and restructuring impacts the trust and engagement of the employees. They also do not hold onto their talented employees which is a great shame...remuneration is much better externally.
