      Poor people management, unprofessionalism seeping through every layer of hierarchy, old fashioned and challenging norm considered unacceptable

      Great people, friendly but motivated vibe. Great support and development network in place

      Cons

      Hours are long. Bonus structure could be improved e.g 10% commission on everything you sell.
