Business is bad following terrible direction from the region. We don’t stop loosing business ...and can’t seem to win any new business The people focus has completely disappeared in the past few months. HR Leader is not trustworthy and has no experience. Environment has become toxic.

Great benefits, but not sure how much longer this will last

Cons

Management's lack of response to personnel and performance issues. Uneven work distribution. Too many changes in directions. A lot of work for those that perform well. Virtually no work life balance.
