Incredible sense of community and team building focus. Working with a group of like minded and focused individuals with the patience and drive to facilitate one goal is both challenging and rewarding.

Cons

Pay is slightly lower than preferred. Company is very large but still manages to value all employees.

Good people, fair pay, fair benefits all in a market leading organisation. The development opportunities are fairly good, too.

Cons

Senior management can avoid taking decisions which is I think a product of AXA's byzantine management structure which can also make projects and change management very difficult.
