Flexible working schedule, great colleagues

Cons

Employees are not valued regardless whether you are there 10 years or 5 minutes. Managers and hr are very secretive towards discussing any remuneration.

Family oriented employees. Flexible work schedule.

Cons

Employees are taken advantage. Over worked and underpaid. No clear direction given. No realistic goals or expectations given to employees. Executive leadership team are not strong or carring of their employees. Company hardly supports their employees or listen to them. Too many politics. Company is loosing a lot of business, respect and good employees. Revolving door of employees. Unstable company to work for. No job security here.

Pros

Great people and great atmosphere. I think they really do their best to train you. The people were nice and welcoming. Decent pay.

Cons

Disorganized HR department. I never had a problem with them because I worked through a temp agency but a lot of people always complained about their checks being shorted.
