The cultural of AXA Partners is what sets it apart, the teams truly care about it each - its the nature of our work, we support people when they are in their time of need and that goes for supporting each other. People at AXA Partners want to do a great job and the stories we have of our agents going the extra mile for our company makes me proud of what we do as an organisation. My colleagues are experts in what they do, which creates a challenging environment full of opportunities to learn and grow. You also get the benefit of working cross-culturally and meeting fantastic people. The opportunities for progression are endless, if you want it and are prepared to go for it, the world is your oyster, plus being part of the AXA group this amplifies the opportunities. There is a huge amount of change going on and the organisation gives you the opportunity to put your stamp on shaping the organisation.

Cons

The size of the organisation and international landscape can be complex to navigate, so patience and tenacity is required. You need to be ready for change and be prepared that not everything is in place yet.
