Pros

- Company listens and iterates to improve - Good Management - Training was decent (4weeks) - Career progression possible

Cons

- Career progression for Remote only employees pretty much non existent - Policy Holders were entitled - Network Providers tried to get paid for more work than what they agreed as per the fixed rate. Felt like they played dumb to get ''extra'', which can leave you in trouble if you're not focussed. - Resilience is KING and a MUST HAVE! you'll be telling Policy Holders 'NOT COVERED' more times than you can count and they'll be crying 'WHAT AM I PAYING YOU FOR THEN' because they haven't read the policy wording.

Pros

Great infrastructures, correct pay, agréable work environments for smaller teams, free Coffee if you're are not too demanding in terms of quality

Cons

If you enter with a temporary contract the probability to be an intern is blurry. Breaks, lunches, everything is calculated. Extra work time is not paid in all teams it depends on the manager. Too many coaches, work is checked by so many people, for roles in the customer service department there is a slim opportunity to participate
