Pros

Overtime is paid well and always available

Cons

Toxic environment. You had to feedback your colleagues if they did not do something correctly. Only bed things are feedback to you. Micro management. Salary goes up a few pennies per year. Promotions are very unlikely unless you have a brown nose

Pros

I learned to assess complex situations and make timely decisions as well as effectively address client’s needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Working on the automotive assistance team necessitated seamless collaboration with colleagues and external service providers

Cons

the hours are varied, you can work early in the morning or late in the evening, it's interesting and you're better paid but it doesn't suit everyone
