Amazing people and benefits. Coworkers have your back when things get tough I have no other pros for this job

Cons

This is a very poorly run office. High stress and low pay make for a work environment that is not conducive to professional growth. The managers as well as hooray employees are so overwhelmed that things get tossed to the side and any changes to procedure are given in a frantic and chaotic manner

Pros

The medical, dental and vacation rate are excellent benefits,. They offer low premiums and deductibles with their buy-up medical package. The people are great, and dependable!!!

Cons

Everything else, they will suck you dry and there is very little reward. Titles come and go but compensation is below standards. Management is very poor, and the systems absolutely need to be replace ASAP.
