      It is a first dive into a working environment

      Cons

      No Vision They are using old technologies Strong old hierarchies who are fighting/competing each others which results in developing same tools in different departments Buying tools from outside Engineering happens in "Best-Cost Countries" Too cheap to work towards long term goals Instead they are jumping from project to project depending on the demand and money

      Flexibility in working time and location. Normally good comunication with leaders. International and friendly environment.

      Cons

      Projects are not always exciting. Salary could be higher for experienced employee. More training would be appreciated.
