Salary increase of 2% every year is good.

Cons

You cannot trust your colleagues sitting next to you, a lot of spreading rumors, setting-up, sabotaging colleagues, lying. Very toxic environment and chauvinistic towards women, managers are untouchable "yes-sayers". There is a lot of unverbalized politics and grouping. And its getting worse
