Pros

Feels secure working for such a large company in an ever-expanding field. Easy move up, and should you get tired doing one thing or another, easy to move laterally as well.

Cons

The one position that almost everyone starts out in (and I mean just about everyone) is purely taking calls. There's a lot of training, and go figure a lot of information, biggest downfall, with all of that going on, whether something is wrong or not, customers are going to be angry, and you're going to get the bulk of the blame and the force.

Pros

big name on your resume. A great place to not work because you get very little work.

Cons

IT Development is a joke. Red tape galore. Meetings for everything. You won't learn crap from any of the senior developers since they are retooled Cobol programmers. you will thend end up having to mentor them and they probably make twice as much as you and oh they have a pension plan. Sorry new employees you are SOL.
