Pros

My first job following retirement from the military. Welcoming leadership, and positive atmosphere for the most part. Very busy company, so always a chance to participate on either heritage programs or new business model projects. Lots of dedicated folks, working hard to take care of the customers, while still trying to get it right on the internal challenges.

Cons

Growing pretty quickly, especially with a newer, large contract awards with large-scale hiring and incumbent capture. That's a challenging set of issues, combined with continuing adjustments to parent company AFS.

Pros

Good relationship with direct managers; very respectful Good team environment Good opportunity who want to get into the IT security job 40 hrs a week schedule and flexible to certain degree. Telework is an option .

Cons

Lack of competent senior management for CRISP project Scope of project can change often Unexpected last minute travel request Low salaries. You get hired for junior position but work senior position for same salary.

Pros

Nothing too much out of the ordinary that any normal IT company would not have. Most of the employees are great to work with and make going into the office everyday a joy.

Cons

Lack of growth and training for employees. Even after being working for years and through harsh hours, promotions and big salary raises are slim to none.
