Recently head count has been increased drastically. So without proper requirement and product knowledge we have to work and deliver. There are lot of constraints in dev environment , and with that we need to work. Actual 2 hours development take 22 hours because of these environment constrain.

Worst management ever, lack of professionalism, Compensation neglected, management will never admit thier faults, Nonpaid Overtime, Egyptian management will keep promoting the flexibility of your internal movement among other countries but they actually block it completely
