Pros

The pay and benefits are very strong for the field. Company car, credit card, good salary, and fair benefits are certainly a pro.

Cons

I would highly advise against taking this job out of school. For a company that has so many great things going on, they really do not do a good job focusing on their people. There are so many unhappy people working at this company, and I always wondered if upper management was aware of the unhappiness at the store level.

Pros

The job pays very well and you get a company car.

Cons

The training process is basically a weed out process. You will work about 60 hours a week doing physical labor for the first 6 months. The hours will be mornings as early as 5 am and nights as late as 2 am. Expect to work every weekend and you probably won't be able to use any of your vacation time during training. All the training is done very hastily and unorganized and there is no evidence they want you to succeed. They will put you wherever they need you and do not care what city you want t work in.

Pros

Benefits roughly twice market level for graduates and second jobbers. Senior management responsibility within a year if you want it. Area manager colleagues are a smart bunch Autonomy from the off

Cons

Poor work-life balance (you have to sign out of the EU work directive in the contract) meaning you are likely to work consistently over 48h/week. Rarely two consecutive days off. Emphasis on speed with every task, not quality/ pride in work done/ decisions taken Extremely high turnover business for a reason, apply only if you are after huge benefits for huge commitment, not if you're a normal kind of out-going person looking for a lasting career.
