      With the everchanging low morale within the staff at AMEX - any pros that still exist have been eliminated over the last 3 years under the watch of the new CEO.

      Cons

      Systemic Abuse in terms of Low Salaries, Unrealistic Job Expectations and No Room for Career Development for those hired in the job title of Executive Assistant Band 25 level (the basic level).

      Pros

      Amex cares about its employees offering flexible schedules, insurance, profit sharing and yearly bonuses. There are so many different opportunities at AMEX that enable new learnings.

      Honestly, in my tenure there, I have nothing but praise for Amex
