      Pros

      Good benefits and good opportunities to advance within company, not always within department though.

      Cons

      Bad management being allowed to hang around without consequences. Managements inability to change with the times has been a real downside to working for ADP, but there is a lot of flexibility to move around within ADP..

      Pros

      ADP offered a very good salary. the company has above average salary compared to comparable companies. The company is willing to pay for work experience. ADP provides a relaxing friendly enviroment to work in. Company is very concious of work/life balance of its employees. ADP also has good benefits.

      Cons

      Promotion potential was very limited on site. More than likely, you had to consider relocating to another location for any available career advancement.
