Pros

There is plenty of opportunity involved, but you have to be willing to work for it. Moving up is always an opportunity, but you have to move up by word of mouth. There are people here who can help you - if you ask. The community is pleasant as well.

Cons

In order to get ahead, you have to conform to the internal policies. Also, they pay lag-market. There seems to be a bit of a disconnect or glass-ceiling when it comes to moving from the low end -entry level positions to something of true value and reward. There is also a bit of a lack in communication.

Pros

They offer a reasonable training salary and provide a professional environment with a huge database of tools and collateral.

Cons

Training is passive and misdirected, they prepare you for a job you never do and a client you never meet. Too many obstacles to earning a commission, implementation issues and clawback are a way of life at ADP.

Pros

They pay you a decent salary to sit on the bench and learn for a long time.

Cons

Once you have a territory, you are on your way out. They have the pie sliced waaaayyyy to thin. Customer service is poor. Every client meeting is a total complaint session.
