Too much favoritism and bad vision on people management

Pros

Depending on the team, the learning could be great if working on platform or new initiatives. Decent pay for developers. Approachable people (this count is decreasing due to bad people management) Average exposure to modern technology and development practices

Cons

Few people at the middle/top level bring down the culture and value of the company. Bullying junior developers and taking them granted for their work hours. These people will exploit people to get work done and will not help in getting the proper recognition. Blatant favoritism and backing to these people can lead to more pressure and unfavorable work conditions
