How insane are these questions, they think that people are coming to join them because of an "IPO"... I wonder if they ask this to all candidates. ! Q1: Why are u interested in Rivian, because we had an IPO a lot of people want to come, is that your reason ?

Every single interviewer asked me if I was going to be able to handle the intensity, long-hours, and high demands. It really made me think hard about the commitment I would be making. People work very hard at Nutanix.
The interview questions focused on technical implementation with some touching execution. Nothing on leadership, strategy, partnerships or people management which are areas that are more critical competencies at a role like this. Interviewers were argumentative on common and industry-wide adopted SDLC models and had a combative attitude throughout the interview.
