Hard to say. Questions were so strange, feel like they're unique to my call.
I had to do a "presentation" on anything I wanted and a 10 second "commercial". Worked on it for WEEKS as they kept pushing the date back of this 3rd and final interview.

No hard questions. Manager was kind, he got to the point wit background questions and let me know what the hiring process was. He was also clear about the ups and downs of driving for First Student. ( for example, it is PART TIME SEASONAL, with no paid time off.)
