Before the interview, if you applied online, you will also have to fill out a paper application. The odd part to me was they wanted ALL of my work history and lots of details about them. I can't remember all that. That was so long ago some of those places don't even exist anymore.

Interview questions involved a case study and how you would respond based on the data in front of you. If you were an outside candidate that did not know the planning structure it was very difficult to synthesize the data in a few minutes and provide answers.
