1) Estimate the size of the US market for flu vaccines 2) There is a small European Pharm company who currently have a platform to develop any anti body they want. They are currently producing drugs and selling them to big pharm companies and taking 10% profit. Discuss the pros and cons of the company going 100% vertically integrated. Then persuade the board of the company to go 100% vertically integrated and the strategy of how you would do that (given a list of possible drugs and asked which ones you would produce/ market and which ones you would licence out patents for).
