I was asked to detail my work history and to relate a time when I had more to do than time to do and how I handled the situation. I was further asked about the nature of my previous management positions and about how I handled conflict. Next, I was asked about streamlining workflows in technical matters relating to my past experience. Finally, I was asked if I had any questions.
What do you know about TI?
They asked why I wanted to work for TI? and How my past experience makes me a good fit for the job?
