The most basic of basic interview questions. They will only ask you questions regarding your personality. Won't ask you to discuss past accomplishments in the workforce too much.
What's your leadership style?
Don't quite remember, but I think they value people who are go-getters. Basically people who do things without being asked.
They asked detailed questions about specific things your learned during your shadow, thankfully I had taken a few notes on my cell phone.
All questions were very basic.
