in written, scenario on ATM Machine, some SQL queries, 2 easy questions on programming: one on string and other on array . Easy questions on programming. For SQL, you need to be good and hands on. Mostly queries were based on join. In F2F, they asked what you have written in resume. Again SQL and some logical, puzzle questions.
