The hiring process for the Product Designer position at eDreams was thorough, straightforward, and well-structured. It consisted of three stages: an HR call, a whiteboard challenge, and a take-home case study to be presented in the final interview. The HR call served as an initial screening and provided detailed information about the role and company culture. The whiteboard challenge was both engaging and challenging, which really aims to demonstrate problem-solving skills and the design thinking process. The take-home case study and presentation assessed my ability to analyze user and business needs and propose design solutions and present them effectively The communication from the eDreams team was timely and supportive throughout the process. The interviewers were attentive, understanding and gave on-point insights and questions, and created a positive environment. The HR representative (Talent Acquisition Specialist) was very communicative, kind, and flexible and really willing to help arrange the schedule so I could participate in the best timeframe.
