Upon entering the interview, I sensed an unexpected dynamic, as it seemed I did not meet the candidate profile they were anticipating (a young woman). The interview was notably one-sided, with minimal questions directed towards me, leaving me to ask most of the questions to keep the conversation flowing. There was little interest in learning more about my background, which gave the impression of a more homogenous work environment.
