Upon entering the interview, I sensed an unexpected dynamic, as it seemed I did not meet the candidate profile they were anticipating (a young woman). The interview was notably one-sided, with minimal questions directed towards me, leaving me to ask most of the questions to keep the conversation flowing. There was little interest in learning more about my background, which gave the impression of a more homogenous work environment.

How do you manage multiple projects?
Standard questions. One manager did not seem as if he had read my resume. He explained the adverse conditions with which I may be confronted on their jobs. They were exactly what I had been doing for the past 10+ years, which was clearly detailed on my resume.
