Interview
Very easy, they ask you common interview questions that you could expect anywhere. As long as you answer every question, you should get the job. They will walk you around the store and show you a little bit about it then aask you questions
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walmart (Fort Worth, TX) in May 2024
Interview
Not bad, a pretty simple walkthrough of the building, and then we sat to discuss the schedule. Overall pretty quick process all things considered. Though, they may try to pressure you to take days you may not be comfortable with.

They asked about scheduling and earliest start date, not much else.
I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Middletown, DE)
Interview
There was a salary range up to $24. After wasting my time interviewing they offered me the minimum wage of $15. The person who interviewed me had nothing to do with pay so she was unable to answer questions about salary. I had to wait on an offer email to come. That's when I found out how much they were trying to pay me. There was no room for negotiation. It was minimum wage or nothing which is not how they described the salary for the position.

Question 1
Experience and open to working weekends. They said I had enough experience and I was willing to work weekends. After they offered my the job, I declined the minimum wage offer of $15 an hour. Walmart responded back with an email saying I did not have the qualifications needed for the job. Complete BS and waste if my time and gas.
