Simple, straightforward, and they were thoughtful. I recommend the process and really believe they did a great job. They can be slow with a response, but that is just because it is a large company.

Very simple but can be nerve racking because at times it’s done in groups. But other than that you just need to sound confident. it doesn’t really matter if you answer the same as the other person you’re interviewing with as I said,
just sound confident
Group interview and speed questions where it is similar to speed dating. You are given scenarios and you have to communicate how you would solve the issue. Overall it was a relatively easy interview if you have customer service experience.
