Get an initial interview call, the conversation was pretty smooth, and the HR seems to be happy with what I provided. However, never heard back from them. Probably because the hiring manager doesn't see a fit of skill in my case.

It was not that bad, 3 initial rounds overall okay, it would have been nice if they added some more depth in questions and asked good questions.
and it would have been great if they call or tell something before interview.

Interview
A recruiter phone call and then a coding round. SQL medium + predictive modeling. I think the modeling task could be a take-home assignment. However, the test was closed before the promised time. It was a 89-minute test.
