There were 16 applicants. They divided applicants to 2 groups. First they asked everyone to talk about themselves and after that asked a question from each applicant regarding a situation in store and what rank from low, medium and high priority they give to that and why.

Tell us about yourself and why did you choose Walmart?
After submitting your application through the Walmart Canada careers site, you may be required to complete an online assessment. This test evaluates your situational judgment—how you would handle specific workplace scenarios, such as prioritizing tasks or dealing with an unhappy customer.
It was just a 1 on 1 interview with a walk around of the store and explanation of the role. Not much else was involved in the interview process really.

Interview
Easy going, nothing too crazy, Typical interview screening questions since it was for an associate role. If you haven't had any prior work experience, there's nothing to worry about, Questions are easy enough to answer and to show them what kind of worker you are.
